Jodi Rawlins has a background unique from other chefs. She is an Exercise Physiologist and Licensed Physical Therapist with a post-graduate degree from Central Michigan University.
Initially self taught, Chef Jodi began creating healthy gourmet meals for friends in Southern California in 2005. She quickly built her private chef clientele amongst executives and celebrities looking to improve their eating habits. She earned a degree in Professional Culinary Arts in 2007.
Throughout her culinary career, Jodi has volunteered her time for such causes as Project Angel-food of Los Angeles and Meals on Wheels of Monterey Bay. She was honored with an award from the prestigious Les Dames D’Escoffier in 2012 for "Culinary Excellence and Entrepreneurship as a Female in the Cooking Industry".
